Emergency Filtration Products Inc. ("EFP" or "the company")(OTCBB:EMFP) today announced that as a result of reaching the Securities and Exchange Commission's No Comment period regarding its Form 10SB filing, trading of the company's shares has been moved back to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.
The National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) approved the company's shares for trading on the bulletin board as of March 15. The move will make EFP shares more accessible and improve the speed and accuracy of trading information.
Emergency Filtration Products Inc. holds U.S. and international patents on its flagship product, RespAide(TM), and its filtering technology. RespAide(TM) is designed to protect both patient and rescuer from bacterial and viral infections during mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.
It is a designated Class Two Medical Device with FDA 510K approval. It has also been granted military stocking numbers. Independent laboratory tests show RespAide's(TM) filtration efficiencies to be "greater than 99.99 percent" at 0.02 microns.
