ADVISORY...for Tuesday (March 21)
--(BUSINESS WIRE)
WHO: Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s Chief Internet
Enforcement Officer John Reed Stark
WHAT: Live, online interview discussing the use and abuse of
Internet chat rooms and message boards
WHEN: Tuesday, March 21, 4:15 PM ET
WHERE: RadioWallStreet.com's "The Facts from the Other Side of the
Tracks," hosted by Marc Cohodes on www.radiowallstreet.com
WHY: The first insider trading ring on the Internet has just been
cracked by federal prosecutors. Message boards are increasingly
being abused to commit online fraud. Stark will comment on the
SEC's position and strategy, including: what posts are over the

Stark leads a special squad of 15 attorneys at SEC headquarters
and more than 250 SEC staff members who make up the SEC's
"CyberForce." The group engages in Internet surveillance and
"Enforcement Sweeps," in which Internet misconduct is targeted
for investigation and, where appropriate, prosecution. The
OIE's online complaint center receives close to 300 emails per
day reporting suspicious conduct over the Internet.
Media and investors may submit questions in advance by e-mailing
greg@radiowallstreet.com. Please reference date and time of the
interview in the Subject of the e-mail.
