SAN FRANCISCO and NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2000

Egreetings Network, Inc. (Nasdaq:EGRT), a leading provider of online cards and gifts, and Juno Online Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:JWEB), a leading provider of Internet services to millions of computer users nationwide, today announced that they have entered into a marketing agreement to offer a co-branded version of Egreetings.com(R) online card and e-commerce services for free to millions of Juno members.

The co-branded Egreetings application will be marketed to Juno members through a coordinated promotional campaign conducted over the Juno service. The campaign will include banner and pop-up advertisements as well as collateral marketing in the form of special notices and promotions in various sections of Juno's Web portal.

"Our agreement with Juno represents an important part of our strategy to increase traffic and commerce on our site through mutually beneficial alliances," said Egreetings CEO Gordon M. Tucker. "Juno is one of the nation's leading Internet access providers, and Egreetings.com will now be its exclusive e-cards partner. Sending e-cards is a major and growing Web activity and this agreement will significantly increase the addressable market for our services."

"Juno is committed to providing its members with access to the premier services available today on the Internet," said Charles Ardai, Juno's president and CEO. "We believe Egreetings.com offers the broadest and richest e-card content available, which will meet our members' desire to communicate more effectively with friends, family, and business associates. It will also be a valuable source of revenue for us."

The agreement makes provisions for the two companies to share in the revenues derived from advertising on the co-branded service. Juno will create navigational links and buttons on its site to make access to Egreetings.com a convenient click away for Juno members.
