Fortune Financial Systems Announces Restructuring and February Sales for Its PMI Subsidiary

Fortune Financial Systems of Nevada, Inc. (FFSY) today announced it has initiated, effective March 13, 2000, an Assignment for Benefit of Creditors of certain of its subsidiaries based in Lake Mary, Florida. Such subsidiaries, which discontinued operations on or before December 31, 1999, include Marketcomm, Inc. formerly d/b/a Fortune Marketing International, Inc.; Innovative Management Services, Inc. formerly d/b/a Fortune Management Services, Inc.; First Resource, Inc.; Power Communications, Inc.; Bizze, Inc. and d/b/a Internet Success Systems, Inc.; and Success Consulting, Inc.

With respect to the aforementioned assignment, the Trustee-Assignee of each such creditor's trust is Howard B. Samuels. Mr. Samuels is President of Rally Capital Services, L.L.C., a financial consulting firm with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in providing financial, administrative and operational management to underperforming companies. Fortune also announced sales in February for its Professional Marketing Inc. subsidiary (PMI). February 2000 sales for PMI increased more than 50% over its sales from February 1999. This constitutes two consecutive months of a 30% or greater increase in sales volume for PMI over the comparable period in the preceding year. PMI specializes in marketing and customer development programs for Internet companies, and maintains offices in American Fork, Utah and Kansas City, Missouri.
