To date DFW has purchased 35 licenses of Prolog Manager, Prolog WebSite and Prolog Executive, and plans to purchase more licenses during the next several years, as they prepare for a seven-year, $2.6 Billion Capital Development Program (CDP). "We needed a program management solution that would help us efficiently and effectively manage a variety of expansion projects," said Jack Zill, Program Administrator of the Airport Development Department (ADD) at DFW. "We could have between 100 to 200 team members using Prolog on these projects, with some of them located in different parts of the country and possibly overseas. The ADD project team will utilize the Meridian Project Pack(TM) on improvements including a state-of-the-art automated people mover, numerous airfield projects, and a 26-gate International Terminal. MPS' project management solution will result in increased project accountability and control for DFW and their team of consultants and contractors. Prolog Manager will primarily be used for cost control, engineering, and superintending functions. Prolog Executive, MPS' project portfolio data mining application, will be used by ADD staff to produce status reports and charts for senior staff and airport board members.

Consulting services provided by MPS include customization of Prolog to better adapt to DFW's existing project management system, development of a DFW specific user manual, and a detailed Quality Assurance Program process utilizing modules and reports within Prolog.
