Miracor Diagnostics Inc. Announces Appointment of Ross S. Seibert as Chief Financial Officer

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2000

Miracor Diagnostics Inc. (OTCBB:MRDG) announced today the appointment of Ross S. Seibert to chief financial officer.

M. Lee Hulsebus, chairman and chief executive officer of Miracor Diagnostics Inc., stated," I am delighted we were able to attract an executive of this caliber to assist us in our efforts to improve the performance and to grow the company through our planned roll-up/acquisition strategy of MRI centers."

Seibert will have the responsibility for all financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax, SEC reporting, investor relations, and acquisition due diligence. He will also assist in all funding activities.

Seibert has extensive experience with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He is a graduate of Indiana University and has his MBA in finance from San Diego State University. He is also a certified public accountant.
