Business Wire, March 2, 2000

Tampa, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2000
SATX, Inc. (SATX: OTCBB) announced today that the company has submitted its Form 10 filing to the SEC.
SATX Chairman and CEO Merritt Jesson stated that the filing represented a priority milestone for the company's year 2000 plan. The company overshot its filing target by a couple of weeks because it had to be sure all company housekeeping was finished correctly. Jesson stated "I'm delighted to announce that we now have this behind us. Handling the business planning issues for SATX at the same time as completing the SEC documentation has been a grueling but very important and worthwhile effort."
