MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2000
TriSense Software Ltd. today announced that Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union has selected PaySense(TM) as its digital billing solution of choice. Denali recently established SpeedBill.com., a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), to provide electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) services to its members - including select employer groups and other credit unions in Alaska. SpeedBill.com is the latest organization to join the PaySense Digital Driver(TM) biller service provider (BSP) program.
SpeedBill.com is currently implementing the PaySense enhanced e-mail solution to serve approximately 2,500 Denali Alaskan Visa(R) Credit Card members, and will roll out a comprehensive e-mail, web and OFX delivery service later this year. Denali has more than 32,000 members eligible for electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP), and will outsource the service to other organizations and businesses in the state.
"Alaska has one of the highest adoption rates for Internet technologies, making the PaySense multi-model solution especially attractive in this market," states Bob Teachworth, Denali President and CEO. "Our members are very Internet-savvy, and appreciate the convenience, savings and choice we can offer with PaySense. And, by outsourcing their billing through SpeedBill.com, business customers gain a cost-effective, interactive marketing channel without disrupting existing billing processes," he adds.
According to Dale Fosselman, Chief Operating Officer for SpeedBill.com, security was a key factor in selecting PaySense as the EBPP platform. "Due to the sensitive nature of our interaction with home banking customers and the trust our business customers place in us, we needed rock-solid security and found the Anonymous Delivery(TM) features of PaySense to be unparalleled," says Fosselman.
