SYMON Communications, Inc., an industry leader specializing in real-time communications, messaging systems and alerting solutions for over 15 years, today announced the acquisition of SYMON Europe, Ltd., which has functioned as its agent in the U.K. and Europe for the past seven years. Specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

SYMON Communications, Inc. is a provider of comprehensive visual alerting systems with products installed in over 2,000 call centers, network control centers, help desks and data centers. SYMON's products provide for the collection, delivery, and visual display of a wide variety of real-time information critical to successful customer relationship management (CRM) processes. SYMON has been at the forefront of this technology since the company's inception in 1984.
SYMON Europe, Ltd. has been a productive sales and support organization in the European market and this beneficial acquisition will increase its resources and services to respond to the growing SYMON customer base throughout the UK and Europe. The company has an install base of several hundred customers in call centers, help desks, and IT Command Centers.
