Forest Oil Corporation (NYSE:FST) announced today the appointment of Dod A. Fraser, former Managing Director and Group Executive of the global oil and gas group of Chase Securities, Inc., to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Fraser's expertise in the areas of oil and gas finance, capital funding and acquisition/joint ventures will be a great asset to Forest Oil. Robert S. Boswell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Forest, stated: "Dod Fraser brings a broad knowledge of the oil and gas business, both domestically and internationally, to Forest's Board of Directors.
