Uproar Elects Viacom Deputy Chairman Thomas E. Dooley to Board of Directors; Entertainment Veteran Joins Prominent Members of Internet, Media Industries

Uproar Inc. (Nasdaq: UPRO), an online entertainment company, announced today the election of Thomas E. Dooley, Deputy Chairman and Executive Vice President of Viacom Inc., to Uproar's Board of Directors.

During Dooley's 20-year tenure with Viacom he has held a variety of positions, including Executive Vice President, Finance; Vice President - Finance and Treasurer; and also served as President of Viacom's Interactive Television Division. Dooley received a B.S. from St. John's University and an M.B.A. from the New York University Graduate School of Business.
