NEW YORK/SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2000

FeedRoom.com, a broadband consumer content site based in New York City and INNX, Inc., a San Diego-based TV/Internet company today announced a major cooperative content and branding partnership.

By the terms of the agreement, Feedroom.com will receive daily broadband content from INNX. The news stories will be initially related to the field of Health and Medicine and reported by former NBC Correspondent, Lucky Severson. The reports, which are also transmitted daily by NBC News Channel to 210 NBC stations, provide consumers with "news you can use" related to their health and designed to boost consumer awareness. FeedRoom.com, which launches its site in second quarter 2000, hopes to attract new media viewers who expect to be able to watch their TV on the Web.

"The FeedRoom will combine the best of television and the Internet, delivering personalized, interactive news, and allowing viewers to be in control of what they watch," says Matthew Shapiro, The FeedRoom's vice president of business development. "We know that obtaining health information is a key reason people tune into TV news, and bringing INXX's quality health content to our broadband site will attract viewers to The FeedRoom."

INNX's "HealthSurfing" report has quickly become the most watched syndicated medical news report in the world with hundreds of millions of viewers tuning in each month through their local TV stations. Viewers are directed, through animation and narration, to visit an informational sponsors' Web site for more information which is created by INNX's award-winning producers, photographers and editors. The Company has plans to launch additional programming strands in the fields of Law, Travel, Fashion, Finance, Entertainment, Sports and Alternative Medicine.

The convergence of television and the internet on Feedroom will literally put viewers in the producer's chair, choosing what they want to view, when they want to view it, actualizing the capabilities of broadband today, and creating a truly immersive experience.

"This is clearly where television news of the future is headed and it's a good thing", said INNX's Lucky Severson. "I think the FeedRoom's approach is very complementary to ours. We feel they will emerge as the clear and immediate leader in broadband content distribution."

The FeedRoom Inc., based in New York, is an interactive broadband television news network, providing personalized rich-media newscasts to Internet users through its Web site http://www.feedroom.com and affiliated partners. Founded by former executives of the CBS and NBC networks, the broadband-only site aggregates news "feeds" from leading networks, local TV and radio stations, cable channels and documentary producers, placing it into a consumer-friendly, easy-to-find location.

INNX, on the web at http://innx.com/, is headquartered in San Diego, California with offices in San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.
