Homes.com announced today that Gerald W. Kearby, President and CEO of Liquid Audio (NASD:LQID) has joined its Board of Directors. Since January 1996, Mr. Kearby has served as president, chief executive officer and director of Liquid Audio, Inc., a leading provider of Internet software and services for delivering music online. Prior to Liquid Audio, Mr. Kearby was co-founder and chief executive officer of Integrated Media Systems, a manufacturer of computer-based professional audio equipment from June 1995 to December 1995. From January 1989 until June 1995, Mr. Kearby served as vice president of Sales and Marketing at Studer Editech Corporation, a professional audio recording equipment company. Mr. Kearby holds a B.A. in broadcast management and audio engineering from San Francisco State University.
