Union IPO Signs Affinity Agreement With Wave 3 Communications, Inc.; America's Union Members to Enjoy Exclusive Discounts on Telecommunications Products and Services

Vanderbilt Square Corporation's (OTCBB:VNSR) wholly-owned subsidiary, Union IPO Corporation, today announced it has signed an affinity agreement with Wave 3 Communications, Inc., a Tulsa, Oklahoma company, to market telecommunications products and services to the labor union members in the U.S. Wave 3 Communications, Inc. is an authorized national distributor for top-tier telecommunications providers. Terms of the affinity agreement were not disclosed.
Brian Murphy, President of Union IPO Corporation, stated, "Wave 3 Communications, Inc. is a leading national technology brokering agent with expertise in negotiating first-rate vendor agreements. Through Wave 3 Communications, Inc., our labor unions will be able to receive exclusive discounted rates for high-demand telecommunications products and services."
Union IPO also announced that Wave 3 Communications, Inc. will host the upcoming Go2Union.com e-commerce portal as well as provide the administration and back office support for all Go2Union.com products and services.
