Prudential Relocation Names Four New Account Executives

Prudential Relocation Friday announced the appointments of Bernadette Fargo, Lucy Fellows, Tia Hamlin, and Patti Ward as account executives for the company's corporate client relocation accounts.
Fargo, who was most recently at Cendant Mobility as a destination service representative, will be responsible for managing the relocation accounts of corporate clients in the state of California. She brings to her position 22 years of real estate and relocation experience. While at Cendant, Fargo also served as a group moves manager, client consultant and onsite manager. Fargo will be based out of San Diego, Calif.
Fellows has been employed with Prudential Relocation for 20 years. She was most recently director of operations in which she oversaw a team that handled emerging market clients. As account executive, she will manage corporate accounts nationwide. Fellows is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas. She has a bachelor's degree from Stephens College in Columbia, Mo. Fellows will be based out of Houston, Texas.
Hamlin rejoins Prudential Relocation servicing emerging market clients nationwide, as well as other major accounts. She previously worked for Prudential Relocation in 1996 and 1997. Prior to rejoining Prudential Relocation, Hamlin worked in various relocation functions at EDS Relocation. Hamlin, who is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), has experience in group moves, transitions and acquisitions. Hamlin will be based out of Dallas, Texas.
Ward was promoted from a senior property specialist at Prudential Relocation to account executive. She will be responsible for managing corporate clients in the Pacific Northwest as well as areas of California. Ward has been employed with Prudential Relocation since 1984 and has 18 years of experience in real estate and relocation. Her expertise includes client relations, appraisal review and property management. She holds a real estate license in the state of Washington. Ward will be based out of Seattle, Wash.
