Emergency Filtration Products Inc. Reaches "No Further Comment" Stage in Form 10SB Filing

Emergency Filtration Products Inc. (EFP) (OTCBB:EMFP) today announced that its Form 10SB registration statement has reached the stage of "no further comment" by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as amended.
With the Form 10SB, which was filed late last year pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Section 12(g), EFP became subject to the reporting requirements of the SEC. This status allows both current and potential investors to review the performance of the company on a quarterly basis or as significant events occur.
Emergency Filtration Products holds U.S. and international patents on its flagship product, RespAide(TM), and its filtering technology. RespAide(TM) is designed to protect both patient and rescuer from bacterial and viral infections during mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. It is a designated Class Two Medical Device with FDA 510K approval. It has also been granted military stocking numbers.
Independent laboratory tests show RespAide's(TM) filtration efficiencies to be "greater than 99.99 percent."
