BBAN Executes 10 Yr Lease in the Oklahoma Tower

BroadBand Wireless International Corporation's (OTC BB:BBAN) Domestic Division has confirmed the execution of a 10 year lease in the Oklahoma Tower. The space will serve as the headquarters of BBAN's Domestic Division, according to Ronald L. Baker, BBAN's President.

"The BBAN Domestic Division Headquarters facilities are located at 210 Park Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK. The Company has leased just over 9,000 square feet in one of the most prominent skyline features in the metro area," says Baker. Amenities include convenient parking,7/24 full-time security, a first-class dining facility (The Beacon Club), and most importantly - fiber-optic capacity.

"In addition, BBAN is installing rooftop antennas, including one parabolic and four sector antennas which will provide the broadband wireless connectivity for our Corporate Headquarters," according to Mr Baker. "Full occupancy is expected in approximately 45 days. Certain renovations and installation of our Data Center are currently under way," states Baker.
