UltraDNS Corporation Completes $8 Million In First Round of Venture Financing; VantagePoint Venture Partners and New Enterprise Associates Invest in This New Emerging High Tech Company

UltraDNS(TM) Corporation, a privately-held, early stage company that will focus on offering highly innovative technology for scalable directory service solutions for Internet and information system infrastructures, today announced that it has completed $8 million in Series A equity financing from VantagePoint Venture Partners and New Enterprise Associates, led by VantagePoint Venture Partners.
This investment capital will support accelerating development of the Company, market introduction of its initial services offering in the Internet infrastructure management space, and rapid deployment of follow-on products and services based on the Company's innovative and proprietary technology platform.
