Power Exploration Announces Property Acquisition

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 2000

Power Exploration Inc. (OTC BB: PWRX) Wednesday announced the acquisition of Lincoln Health Fund Inc., and its primary asset, a 10.5 acre tract of land located on the east-side of Fort Worth.

The terms of the agreement by which Power Exploration Inc., a Nevada corporation, will acquire complete ownership of Lincoln Health Fund Inc., a Delaware corporation, and the real estate holdings of Lincoln, provide that Power will issue 600,000 shares of its authorized but unissued common stock, bearing a Rule 144 restrictive legend, to Genesis Capital Corp. of Nevada, the sole shareholder of Lincoln.

The respective board of each corporation have approved the transaction and closing is expected to take place this month.

The real property is located on Meadow Brook Drive in Fort Worth, near Eastern Hills High School. The property is presently zoned for multi-family use and has all utilities available.
