Hotelworks.com, Inc. (AMEX:HWS) announced today that its subsidiary specializing in project-managed procurement, The Leonard Parker Company; has been awarded the contract to provide the Fullerton Hotel, Singapore with procurement services.

The Leonard Parker Company will be purchasing all necessary Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E), public area furniture and guestroom amenities for the property in the amount of approximately $6-$7 Million Dollars. The hotel is scheduled to open at the end of 2000.

The five star property consisting of 390 rooms and suites is located at the mouth of the Singapore River, in the heart of the Central Business District. It is a complete refurbishment on the site of the historic General Post Office, a Singaporean landmark built in 1928. The building's existing facade and structure are being retained and incorporated into the new construction.
