Inaugural Conference Heralds New Role of CTOs In the E-business Era

InfoWorld today announced that Bill Joy, Co-Founder of Sun Microsystems, Marc Andreessen, Chairman of LoudCloud, and Geoff Yang, General Partner of Redpoint Ventures will be featured keynote speakers at its first-ever CTO Forum. Chief technology officers from 150 companies will gather for the invitation-only CTO Forum, themed "Turning Internet Hype into Business Reality," to address the new role of CTOs in the E-business era. The CTO Forum (http://www.infoworld.com/ctoforum) will be held May 15-17, 2000 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco.
