Network Computing Devices Expands Focus On ASP Market Through Alliance with UCSI; Leader in Thin Client Computing Signs Agreement with UCSI for ASP Push

Network Computing Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:NCDI), a leading provider of integrated thin client hardware and software solutions, and Unique Cooperative Solutions Inc. (UCSI), a leading value-added distributor for thin client computing architecture, today announced that they have signed an alliance agreement to jointly promote and sell NCD solutions in the ASP marketplace.

NCD has selected UCSI's Wholesale Service Provider Solutions division as one of its primary sales vehicles to increase its marketing intensity in the ASP market. The strategic partnership agreement encompasses specialized sales and marketing programs to bring NCD thin client devices and software into vertical markets.
