(Hypercom Corporation: NYSE: HYC) -- Netbanx, the UK's most popular and established Internet payment gateway operator will provide Hypercom ePic ICE(TM) 5500 Internet-enabled card payment web appliances to UK "bricks & mortar" retailers operating virtual storefronts. Under the terms of the agreement, Hypercom's newly-formed ePicNetz(TM) subsidiary will also act as an Application Service Provider (ASP) to these "clicks & mortar(TM)" merchants. Netbanx (www.netbanx.com) provides a high security on-line card processing service to e-tailers which has been certified by all leading British banks.
