IDT (Nasdaq:IDTI), a leading communications IC provider, today announced that PixStream Incorporated, a leading developer of video head-end solutions for telephone companies, has deployed a variety of IDT communications products in its digital video networking systems. PixStream utilizes IDT's innovative communications solutions including the SwitchStar(TM) switching device, board-level networking devices and communications memories. PixStream's video networking systems are aimed at assisting telecommunications companies and network service providers to expand their service offerings beyond fast Internet access to high-quality multimedia and digital video services.
