i-Belay's Estler to Keynote 12th Annual Colorado Capital Conference; Event to Explore ``Colorado Style'' Financing Strategies

The Colorado Capital Conference 2000 marks the 12th year the Rockies Venture Club has provided a comprehensive, high-quality overview of entrepreneurial financing in Colorado.
This year's event will focus on the strategies and tactics of financing "Colorado Style" in a market defined by new technologies and e-business.
From 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2000, the Rockies Venture Club, the Rocky Mountain region's leading entrepreneurial and capital financing network, will host the Colorado Capital Conference at the Arvada Center, 6901 Wadsworth Blvd., Arvada, Colo. The event is also hosted by sponsor Arthur Andersen, with conference sponsors including: BDO Seidman, Holland & Hart, Hall & Evans, Business Wire, Wells Fargo Business Credit and Ceavco Audio Visual.
The luncheon keynote speaker at this year's conference will be Peter Estler, managing partner of venture capital firm and business incubator i-Belay.com. Mr. Estler was also the co-founder of MatchLogic.

Educational seminars on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and other financing options run concurrently with Investor Forum presentations by companies seeking financing.
