M Financial Group Appoints Michael Keller New Broker/Dealer VP

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 2000

M Financial Group today announced that Michael T. Keller has been named vice president of its broker/dealer subsidiary, M Holdings Securities, Inc.

Beginning in July, Keller will be responsible for direction and management of strategic planning, administration, and operations of the securities firm. He will report to M Holdings Securities president, Bridget McNamara, and supervise the firm's management team.

Keller has worked with M Financial Group since 1997 as an independent contractor helping to establish the broker/dealer subsidiary. He has operated his own consulting firm within the financial services industry for 11 years, focusing on compliance, financial and operational processes, NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) coordination, and business and information systems. He has facilitated the registration and operation of more than 60 broker/dealer and investment advisory firms. Prior to forming Michael Keller Consulting Services, he was executive vice president, executive administration and secretary-treasurer for Murphy Favre, Inc. in Seattle, Washington.

Keller holds Series 7, 24, 27, 53, and 63 securities registration qualifications and is registered with M Holdings Securities.
