NASD removes ``E'' From Security Asset Capital Corp's Trading Symbol

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 2000

On May 5, 2000 the NASD will remove the fifth character identifier "E" from Security Asset Capital Corp.'s trading symbol (OTCBB:SCYA) as a result of the company's compliance with the OTC Bulletin Board Eligibility Rule.

On May 3, the company's Form 8-K\A, including its audited financials for the most recent two years, was accepted by the Security and Exchange Commission.
