ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 8, 2000

ERP-Academy.com(TM), a newly formed division of Paragon Solutions, Inc., and provider of online training software, courseware, and course-development products, has announced a partnership agreement with RWD Technologies(TM). Under the agreement, RWD will offer ERP-Academy products as part of its new e-learning solution, End2End e-Learning for ERP(TM).

ERP-Academy products offer clear advantages to RWD. Says Dana Sohr, Vice President of Enterprise Systems Support Solutions, "RWD's goal is to offer the ERP marketplace a comprehensive, integrated solution to the challenges of educating and supporting users of sophisticated information technology. Our customers have users spread across the globe and are in need of new skills to be successful with systems like SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft. With the powerful tools from ERP-Academy, we can offer our customers an end to end solution that includes self-paced learning programs, competency management, virtual classrooms, as well as customized content delivered from RWD's library."

Products available from ERP-Academy.com include ERPsim(TM) and i-Academy(TM). These products provide a sophisticated, user-friendly solution to create a wide-scale, online learning environment. They allow entire organizations to have Internet or intranet-based access to all of the company's learning resources.

i-Academy is comprised of two highly integrated modules - i-Academy Training Manager(TM) and i-Academy Composer(TM). This combination of modules addresses the total needs of ERP implementations - from the deployment of high quality training, to the creation and organization of curricula content, to the final management of end-user, course and system-performance data.

ERPsim allows trainers to develop interactive browser-based simulations. They can also produce `hard-copy' documentation of SAP processes. Both methods enable trainers to easily manage training and documentation. ERPsim features dynamic, real-life experiences with the SAP R/3 version 4.6 environment at a fraction of the cost of traditional training approaches. Students see exactly what they would see if they were connected to a live system or if they were sitting with an instructor. ERPsim can reach any group of users over the Internet or corporate intranet from any location at any time, further boosting the impact of training programs. It is a stand-alone, 32-bit Windows-based application that runs on Windows 95(TM), Windows 98(TM) or Windows NT(TM).

Tom Underwood, President and COO of ERP-Academy.com says, "We see our relationship with RWD as a win/win solution for both companies. We are pleased to have them as a partner and look forward to a successful future together."
