CEON Corporation(TM) today announced an alliance with Portal Software, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRSF), that will result in an integrated solution for service providers targeting bundled services including the voice, data and video "Triple Play."

CEON will develop a direct interface between the CEON NetExpress(TM) service fulfillment software and Infranet(R), Portal's customer management and billing software. The combined solution will enable service providers to offer a dynamic bundling of customized services with real-time billing and activation.

The "Triple Play" allows service providers to leverage their brand identity to capture additional services revenue from business and residential subscribers.
