Covigo Names Stuart Bagshaw Chief Executive Officer; Former ILOG Executive with Extensive International Marketing and Sales Experience Joins Covigo, a Leading Wireless Platform Provider

Covigo, Inc., a leading global business platform provider of next-generation transactional applications and services to any mobile device, announced today that Stuart Bagshaw has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Dev Khare, who served as acting CEO since co-founding the company in 1999, will become Vice President of Products.

Prior to ILOG, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Gemplus, one of the world's largest manufacturers of Smart Cards.

Previously, Bagshaw served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations for Xerox's Software Division and was the General Manager and Managing Director of Sequent Computer Systems European Operations. He also served as General Manager and Managing Director of Sequent's Asia Pacific Operations based in Hong Kong. A native of the United Kingdom, he also served as Sales Director for Apple Computer's U.K. operations.
