NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2000

e-SIM Ltd. (Nasdaq:ESIM), the leading provider of technology for Web-based product simulations and product design, announced today its `See How They Work and Win' Sweepstakes to celebrate the recent launch of LiveManuals.com.

Visitors to the site (www.livemanuals.com) will be encouraged to enter to win great prizes such as 55" High-Definition Televisions, Yepp MP3 Players from Samsung, and MiniSystems and Audio/Video Receivers from Kenwood. The sweepstakes will run from November 20, 2000 through March 8, 2001 and there will be two winners selected each week. Consumers may enter each week for the weekly drawings and can earn extra entries by referring friends and family to enter.

LiveManuals.com, launched on October 31, 2000, offers consumers interactive, online customer support and the first "try-before-you-buy" opportunity on the Internet through unique interactive product simulations that look and work just like the real thing complete with `show me how' feature demonstrations and online user manuals. Consumers can find comprehensive product support information for more than 10,000 products; create a product portfolio to track their products and warranty information; compare prices and shop; and more.

"We are proud of the site we have created and the positive response so far. We believe that this is an exciting way to show off the tremendous attributes of LiveManuals.com and to thank our visitors at the same time," said Bill Sims, President and CEO of e-SIM's LiveProducts Division. "This sweepstakes, made possible through the generosity of our sponsors, Kenwood USA and Samsung Electronics America, is an extra incentive for consumers to visit the site, spread the word to their friends and family and ultimately try our simulations, get answers to their product support questions, create their own product portfolio and for the first time, have the opportunity to try electronics products online before they buy. With these benefits combined with the many other current and planned features, we believe that our first-time visitors will be compelled to become frequent visitors."
