The Belkin SurgeMaster(TM) II Isolated Power Filters (IPF) series offers the highest quality protection from damaging AC surges and catastrophic lightning strikes. It also protects the user's important data and information from power line noise contamination (EMI/RFI) generated from functioning connected devices, while preventing the transfer of this noise to other devices that are also plugged into the IPF Surge. The core design consists of high energy metal oxide varistors (MOVs), differential isolation coils, and special capacitors that are dedicated to each successive pair of receptacle banks.
