BEDFORD, Nova Scotia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 2000
With MailWorkZ integrating HumanClick's `Click to Chat' Functionality to the newly released Broadc@stHTML, only one click separates marketer
and customer
MailWorkZ, a leading provider of eMarketing enabling technology, launches Broadc@stHTML 4.2, which includes full integration with HumanClick's `Click to Chat' functionality, adding live interactivity to MailWorkZ's eMarketing product.
MailWorkZ's strategic partnership with HumanClick, the leading facilitator of Interactive Communications over the Internet, enables the inclusion of HumanClick's functionality in any email, online newsletter, customer service or sales communications. An online reseller of equipment could use Broadc@st and the `Click to Chat' technology to speed the liquidation of discounted products through an online sales brochure linked to their customer service center.
"The addition of this `Click to Chat' feature redefines the roll of eMarketing as a communications vehicle," commented web marketing consultant Philippe Lang. "With MailWorkZ, I can control the rate and timing of the electronic distribution. That's important with the HumanClick feature, because I don't want to inundate a customer service center with too many simultaneous inquiries."
"If in the past, marketing meant running a TV commercial on a mass broadcast TV network, today, the focus is on one-to-one marketing," said MailWorkZ CEO Michael Konesky. "Through our partnership with HumanClick, only one click separates a marketer from their customer."
"The partnership between MailWorkZ and HumanClick also brings an element of timeliness to eMarketing," said HumanClick General Manager Eitan Ron. "Let's say you're sitting in your office on a cold winter day, and you receive an email from your travel agent telling you to `Click Here to book a long weekend in the Bahamas NOW'. This example illustrates the power of our partnership, as well as the true potential in eMarketing," added Ron.
Product benefits of Broadc@stHTML 4.2 include advanced design and list management features, HTML and text messages, campaign scheduling and reporting.
