Chrysalis-ITS Appoints Carlos Fox as VP Marketing and Business Development: Sun Microsystems Veteran Joins Internet Security Leader's Management Team

Chrysalis-ITS, the leading developer of Ultimate Trust(TM) products for e-business and networking, today announced the appointment of Carlos Fox as the company's Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development.
Mr. Fox joins the company from netPCS Networks Inc. in Ottawa, where he served as Executive Vice President Marketing and Business Development. He has also held senior executive positions in a number of high technology companies, including JetForm Corporation, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett-Packard.
Mr. Fox brings to Chrysalis-ITS over 20 years of experience in operational execution of marketing and business development. He will be responsible for implementing corporate marketing strategies that will further the company's position as a leader in the e-security marketplace.

At netPCS Networks, Inc., Mr. Fox drove the company's marketing and business development strategy. While at JetForm Corporation, Mr. Fox ran international sales and marketing, and during his tenure at Sun Microsystems, contributed his expertise to the international growth of the company's business development and marketing operations based out of their Silicon Valley headquarters.
