and Strategic Advantage
TriGem InfoComm, a total eBusiness Solutions Company, announced today its new strategic partnership with Visual Insights(R), the eBusiness Performance Management (eBPM) Company based in Chicago, Ill., U.S.A. Under the terms of the agreement, TriGem InfoComm becomes the exclusive Korean distributor for the complete family of Visual Insights' eBizinsights(TM) family of next-generation eBPM products which include eBizinsights(TM), eBizinsights XL(TM) and eBizinsights CS(TM).
Visual Insights' eBizinsights product family combines the power of patented Visual Discovery(TM) and realTime3D(TM) animation and advanced visualization technology to enable business users to discover, analyze and communicate eBusiness performance results. By understanding Website performance, promotional effectiveness and visitor demographics, companies can increase sales and profits, gain customer loyalty and lower operating costs. eBizinsights enables eBusinesses to "lift the roof" off their sites and gain a completely unified view of the state of their operations and the relationship with their customers.
"TriGem InfoComm is committed to helping our Web-based clients to succeed with a total customer relationship management (CRM) solution to support their eBusiness operations," says Mr. K.S. Oh, President and Chief Executive Officer, TriGem InfoComm. "In the Korean market where the concept of CRM is still relatively new, dot.com companies are facing a very difficult situation as they struggle to survive in today's fast-paced eCommerce environment. More than ever, they need to get close to their customers to build lasting loyalty and a steady sales stream. Together with Visual Insights, we now can provide a landmark offering that will bring immediate value to our customers' businesses and give us a competitive marketplace advantage."
Along with Visual Insights, TriGem InfoComm announced a recent strategic partnership with Hong Kong-based ITApps. Leveraging the combined strengths of its alliances with both companies, TriGem InfoComm intends to transform itself into a "Total CRM Solutions Company" servicing both on-line and off-line businesses. Similarly, Visual Insights is excited about the opportunity to deepen its expansion into the Asian market, where it recently launched its eBizinsights family of products.
According to Michael Tatelman, Visual Insights' Vice President of Marketing and Business Development: "We're very pleased to partner with TriGem InfoComm to bring them closer to realizing their vision of becoming a CRM solution leader in Korea. At the same time, this represents yet another milestone in Visual Insights' strategy to expand geographically, grow market share and better service customers around the globe with the most advanced technology available for eBusiness Performance Management."
Visual Insights' third generation eBPM software enables business users to custom-tailor Web promotions, optimize product mixes and segment merchandising strategies to better attract and retain visitors throughout the customer life cycle. eCompanies can build personalized, one-to-one relationships and leverage existing CRM initiatives by correlating current customer information with clickstream data. Unlike first generation Web tracking tools that simply measure buyer behavior by hits and clicks, customer activity is no longer based on guesswork, but on actual and accurate performance patterns across sales, marketing and customer service operations. Leveraging the power of Microsoft SQL 7 or 2000, eBizinsights is fast, accurate and easy to use by even the most non-technical decision-maker.
Visual Insights' eBizinsights family includes: eBizinsights, designed for the Microsoft Web platform and optimized for small to mid-sized sites; eBizinsights XL (available Fall 2000), a scalable enterprise solution with enhanced data management for large commerce and information sites; and eBizinsights CS (available Fall 2000), a scalable solution designed specifically for Microsoft's Commerce Server 2000.
