OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 24, 2000

FindEx.com, Inc. (OTCBB:FIND) announced today that the Company has continued to increase its market penetration in both "secular" and CBA (Christian Booksellers Association) retail markets.

Since taking over retail sales efforts from Mattel, Inc. earlier this year, FindEx.com has recorded significant increases in orders from secular stores, including CompUSA, Best Buy, Hastings, Frye's, Staples, and AAFES (military) stores.

"FindEx's sales into both secular and CBA retail stores for the month of October 2000, were over $450,000, putting the Company 50% ahead of last year's retail sales for the same period. The Company also had over $360,000 in sales backlog carried over from October. This gives the Company a good outlook for the balance of the quarter," commented Joe Szczepaniak, FindEx.com President and Chief Executive Officer. He continued, "We continue to build upon our status as the number one software publisher in the CBA market, through increased sales to the Family Christian, LifeWay, and Parable chains, as well as the Christian Book Distributors (CBD), and the more than 2,400 independent CRA stores."

"As our traditional retail channel sales continued their growth, the Company also achieved new sales and increased consumer awareness through our on-site sponsorship of Promise Keepers conferences throughout the United States. Direct sales of nearly $40,000 of a broad range of FindEx.com products were made during these conferences, surpassing initial expectations for this venue. We are currently considering additional relationships with similar organizations of national and international scope, based on their ability to expand the exposure of all of the FindEx products, " Szczepaniak added.

The Company also announced the release and shipping of an upgraded version of its popular QuickVerse(TM) Bible study software. QuickVerse is the easy-to-use, number-one-selling complete Bible study and lesson preparation software product on the market.

"We are very enthusiastic about the introduction of QuickVerse Version 7," stated Joe Szczepaniak. "The product's new features reflect our desire to further enhance ease-of-use and functionality. With this new edition, users will enjoy many more research options. The large, existing QuickVerse community of over 1,000,000 current and new users alike should be pleased with the end result."

QuickVerse version 7 is available in four CD-ROM editions, and includes more Bibles and books than ever before. The QuickVerse Version 7 Standard Edition includes 9 Bibles and 44 reference titles (a $1,200 value) for just $99.99. The Expanded Edition includes 12 Bibles and 72 reference titles (a $2,100 value) priced at just $199.99. The Deluxe Edition includes 18 Bibles and 125 reference titles (a $3,000 value) for just $299.99. All suggested retail prices remain the same from Version 6 to Version 7.
