Awards Luncheon at Chicago's House of Blues Hotel

Demonstrates Growth, Success of Popular Online Sweepstakes Firm's

Unique Commitment to Local Charity

Lottoballs.com, one of PC Data's top-ranked sweepstakes sites and a premier free Internet sweepstakes firm awarding large cash prizes, today announced a luncheon event to celebrate its second $100,000 grand prize award, $5,000 of which will be given to the Jim Mullen Foundation. The event will take place between 12-2 p.m. on Friday, December 1 at Chicago's House of Blues Hotel, located at 333 North Dearborn.

The firm's second grand prize award in six months demonstrates its strengths as a premier Internet sweepstakes firm nationwide, while building its local presence through charitable ties with the Jim Mullen Foundation. Since its first grand prize award in May, Lottoballs.com has achieved consistent ranking within the top 500 most frequently visited sites on the Web (PC Data Online), has increased its base more than 400 percent in less than a year and has tripled its roster of advertisers.

"Our second $100,000 award demonstrates our unique commitment to enriching the community while rewarding our players, a model that has made Lottoballs.com one of the Web's most popular sites for games," said Bill Mayhew, Lottoballs.com CEO and founder. "Our ability to give players an enjoyable experience online--and a fair chance to win such large prizes--makes Lottoballs.com equally popular among advertisers seeking a loyal, motivated audience."

At the luncheon, Mayhew will present a $5,000 check to former Chicago Police Officer Jim Mullen, who was wounded on duty and is now paralyzed from the neck down. The Jim Mullen Foundation will use the funds to support individuals with catastrophic conditions, as well as similar non-profit organizations, such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Chicago Cub Sammy Sosa's charities.

"It's refreshing to know that a portion of my award will support the ongoing work of a man like Jim Mullen, whose courage during and after his career as a police officer is truly above and beyond the call of duty," said Anthony Clinkscales of Anderson, South Carolina, Lottoballs.com's second grand prize winner. "I've had a lot of fun playing the games at Lottoballs.com because there are so many free chances to win, and you can tell it's conducted fairly. It's exciting to be part of the history of Lottoballs.com, and I'm looking forward to meeting the people who made all this possible."

Clinkscales will attend the awards ceremony on Friday. He has enjoyed playing Lottoballs.com almost every day since his first visit to the site in August, and he plans to use the remainder of his award to pay some bills and "enjoy a taste of life." He selected the Jim Mullen Foundation as a beneficiary in accordance with Lottoballs.com's official policy to donate 5 percent of the grand prize award to an approved charitable organization.

Clinkscales is one of more than 200,000 registered players who frequent Lottoballs.com, which holds the number 60 position in PC Data Online's Web site loyalty report that measures site visits, user retention rates and average user visits. More than 61 percent of Lottoballs.com visitors in September returned to the site in October. Since the site's launch in March, registered users have played more than 20 million tickets. The site's ever-growing player base has become a popular market for advertisers online, and Lottoballs.com offers innovative customized solutions for site sponsors.
