The Wall Street Journal Cites SamGoody.com as Leading Online Music Retailer; SamGoody.com Ranks Sixth in Online Music Retailing Analysis

Musicland Stores Corporation (NYSE:MLG) announced that SamGoody.com was listed in The Wall Street Journal as one of the ten best Web sites to purchase music. The rankings, tabulated by Gomez Advisors, an Internet research firm in Massachusetts, were based upon five categories: ease of use, customer confidence, on-site resources, relationship services and overall cost.
The Web sites were featured in an article entitled "The Best Way to Find
Tunes" in the November 27 issue of The Wall Street Journal. The article evaluated a number of online music distribution methods.
