BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 2000
Getronics (AMSTERDAM: GTN), with U.S. headquarters in Billerica, a global information & communications technology (ICT) solutions and services company announced today a new version of its Globalfs(TM) Internet Banking application. The new Globalfs Internet Banking application, announced at BAI's Retail Delivery 2000 conference in New Orleans this week, delivers full customer relationship transaction capability, sales, service, account aggregation, and wireless access that work across a financial institution's entire enterprise.
At BAI Retail Delivery 2000, November 28-30, Getronics is demonstrating all of the traditional transaction features associated with a robust Internet banking package as well as new functions such as account aggregation, interactive communication with financial experts and interactive and proactive wireless access to financial information.
"The new version of Globalfs Internet Banking application provides the flexibility that financial institutions want to deliver to their customers," said Karen Roche, U.S. President, Getronics Business Solutions & Consulting. "In terms of Internet time, this new package enables financial institutions to act quickly and better serve their customers."
The Globalfs Internet banking package has direct ties across customer interaction methods using the same unified core of business functions that are relied upon by a call center, branch, or interactive voice response system. By unifying common processes, Globalfs helps financial institutions deliver consistent, top-rated service to their customers.
Getronics' Globalfs solutions facilitate the reuse of business processes and components across multiple channels--call center, Internet, and branch --to optimize unified enterprise-wide delivery of products and services. This is critical to the success of customer relationship management (CRM) programs that financial institutions employ to deliver greater value to their customers.
