DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 2000
TIAN Software Company, Inc., the industry's first and only relevancy service provider, today announced a strategic alliance with Immedient Corporation.
The partnership will introduce the TIAN Relevancy Network to Immedient's existing e-Business, eCRM, and wireless strategic consulting and systems integration capabilities. Under terms of the agreement, Immedient will provide implementation consulting -- including strategic, creative and technology services -- in conjunction with the TIAN suite of relevancy services.
The alliance combines TIAN's new technologies for analyzing run-time and historic activity to infer behavior and intent across customer touch-points with Immedient's industry expertise and successful e-Commerce implementations. TIAN's relevancy services dynamically adapt to both predictive and unexpected user behaviors, infer intent using intelligent, high-performance inference technology, then provide highly personalized content by analyzing users' immediate and historic behavior.
TIAN delivers this instantly at run-time. Relevancy means capturing every mouse-over, every click, and every transaction in real-time, then mapping these user activities into a measurable "User Experience," maximizing dollars-per-session and reducing click-to-buy ratios from 8-10 to 2-3.
"In today's economy, companies achieve their competitive objectives by leveraging state-of-the-art e-Business technologies," said Taner Kodanaz, Immedient Chief Strategy Officer. "The Immedient-TIAN alliance provides contextual relevancy services necessary for enhancing effective use of real-time personalization. By combining our consulting expertise with the TIAN Relevancy Network, we are able to implement valuable personalization technologies rapidly to meet critical business needs."
"Immedient's reputation in the e-Business, eCRM and wireless consulting and systems integration industry is impeccable, and the Immedient customer base embraces virtually every business and vertical market. The TIAN Relevancy Delivery Network enables Immedient to deliver enhanced value proposition to their current and future customers," said David Nour, TIAN Vice President of Strategic Alliances.
