Dantz Retrospect Bundled by Seagate; Seagate's New TapeStor Travan Portable USB Drives Ship With Award-Winning Retrospect Backup Software

Dantz Development Corporation, developer of the award-winning Retrospect(R) Backup software, announced today a bundling agreement with Seagate Technology (NYSE:SEG), a leading manufacturer of computer tape drive products. Under terms of the agreement, Seagate will bundle a customized version of Dantz's Retrospect Backup software with their new TapeStor Travan Portable USB tape drives.
Seagate will include a cross-platform Retrospect CD with both Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows and Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) Macintosh versions of the software. Windows USB support includes Windows 98, Me, and 2000 Professional.

Setup is designed to be quick and easy. The user simply connects the TapeStor Travan Portable USB drive to their computer's USB port and installs Retrospect Backup. When the drive is connected to the computer, the drivers are automatically loaded from the CD.
