DELRAY BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 8, 2000

Integrated Merchant Services, a subsidiary of Interactive Technologies.com, Ltd. (Pink Sheets:INTR), today announced it reached a transaction milestone of 28 million credit card transactions per month for its merchant accounts processed through NOVA Corporation (NYSE:NIS), a business information and payment processing service. The announcement comes on the same day that NOVA gained more than six percent after reporting better than expected quarterly results and announced a buyback program.

Integrated Merchant Services offers a complete line of bankcard processing services for merchants, which includes acceptance and processing of all major credit cards, both face to face and e-commerce sales. Additional services include check verification, debit card processing and ATM machine sales, and IMS' most recent Internet payment gateway that allows a merchant's Web site process or authorize a transaction that is not Internet related, thereby eliminating the cost of the traditional credit card terminal hardware.

According to William Becker, CEO of INTR, IMS anticipates a significant increase to its merchant portfolio, generating in excess of 87 million additional credit card transactions per quarter.

"We have created a complete solution for merchants accepting credit cards for their products and services over the Internet," said Becker. "Offering this one-stop solution to our merchants positions our company to take advantage of this emerging sector."
