RadiSys and Comverse Network Systems to Develop Embedded Solutions for Enhanced Services Equipment; RadiSys Develops Strategic Partner Relationship With Comverse Network Systems

RadiSys Corp. (Nasdaq:RSYS), a leading global designer and manufacturer of building blocks enabling next-generation Internet and communications systems, announces that it is working in conjunction with Comverse Network Systems, a division of Comverse Technology Inc. (Nasdaq:CMVT), the world's leading supplier of software and systems enabling network-based enhanced services, to develop next-generation embedded computing solutions for the enhanced services market. Comverse Network Systems has over 330 communications customers in more than 100 countries.
RadiSys will supply embedded computer solutions to Comverse Network Systems and will be responsible for meeting their embedded computing production requirements, demand and inventory management, and product logistics.
