Free Seminars Designed to Help Organizations Increase Effectiveness of Web Sites or Portals; Industry Analysts from Creative
Good and The Delphi Group to Present
Excalibur Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: EXCA), a leading provider of content management solutions for indexing and retrieving text, video and images on the Internet and intranets, today announced its free Intelligent Search Solutions Cyber Seminar Series, highlighting Excalibur's solutions for Internet e-Commerce and Intranet Portals.
Without having to leave their office, participants will learn how to increase the effectiveness of their web site or enterprise portal by incorporating highly-accurate, scalable search and retrieval technologies.
The hour-long seminars also will feature guest presentations from leading industry analysts, including Aamir Rahman of Creative Good and Hadley Reynolds of The Delphi Group.
"Getting the right information at the right time to the right people can make or break your business," said Kamran Khan, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Excalibur Technologies. "Intelligent search functionality is at the heart of every successful web-based business, and as technology develops and more people access information online, the demand will be towards greater precision, access and ease of use in search technology. This seminar series aims to cut through the rhetoric and help companies understand how new, break-through search products can make them more competitive."
"Intelligent search is a powerful asset in creating an overall positive experience on your web site," said Aamir Rahman, Senior Customer Experience Analyst, Creative Good. "It can make all the difference - between satisfying and retaining loyal customers - or turning them away in frustration. A successful search experience can help guarantee that a customer will return to your site."
Realizing that one search doesn't fit all, Excalibur developed this series to cater to specific search needs. Seminar participants are able to choose between the Internet focused e-Commerce seminar on "Intelligent Search for Smart Sites - Satisfied Visitors and Increased Revenues" and the Intranet seminar on "Intelligent Corporate Portals - Empowering Users with Smart Search."
The two seminar tracks will take place over eight different dates between October 17th and November 16th. Participants also will receive a free report from Creative Good and The Delphi Group.
