ATC Logistics to Establish Administrative, Business Development Office At Alliance

ATC Logistics, whose primary operating unit has exclusively handled logistics

for the AT&T Wireless National Distribution Center at Alliance since 1996, now has established its administrative and business development office at the 9,600-acre development in North Texas. The new office is located in the Alliance Commerce Center 14 office building in Fort Worth, Texas.

"ATC Logistics already operates two facilities at Alliance," said ATC Logistics Vice President of Logistics Operations Matt Pieper. "We wanted to establish our new administrative offices at Alliance, because we value the relationship with Hillwood and are impressed with the responsiveness with which Hillwood has met our needs over the past seven years. From this site our new business team will be close to potential customers in and out of Alliance, as well as the many new companies that are coming to the area."

Over the past six months, Hillwood has leased approximately 230,000 square feet of office product in Alliance*Texas, which includes Alliance, Circle T Ranch and Heritage. The most recent deal was 30,000 square feet for the national base of operations for giggo.com, the web's premier online automotive financing and shopping resource. Of the 1.5 million square feet of office space in Alliance*Texas, approximately 70,000 square feet is still available.

After several expansions ATC Logistics now handles AT&T's operations in 221,331 square feet in the Gateway 19 building and 108,261 square feet in the Gateway 27 building at Alliance.
