Verso to Integrate and Resell InfoVista's Network

Performance Reporting Software

Verso Technologies, (Nasdaq: VRSO), a full service provider (FSP), and InfoVista (Nasdaq: IVTA)(Nouveau Marche: 7667), a global provider of advanced software which monitors, analyzes and reports on the performance, availability and quality-of-service of information technology ("IT") infrastructure, recently created an alliance that will provide customers with the highest level of detail and granularity in terms of enterprise and network performance reporting-a key competitive differentiator for any enterprise service provider with complex communications networks.

As part of its Enterprise Management Services portfolio, Verso has added the InfoVista software suite to its "best-of-breed" enterprise management system reference architecture. This architecture is comprised of software from industry leading vendors. Verso, through its Plan, Build, Run (TM) methodology, integrates and customizes these products to provide customers with a complete end-to-end enterprise service level management solution. The relationship with InfoVista will enable Verso to offer industry-leading network service reporting to customers that is tightly integrated with Verso's enterprise fault management solutions. Verso has also agreed to provide installation and implementation engineering support to InfoVista customers nationwide. The addition of the Verso sales force as a reseller of InfoVista software has allowed InfoVista to increase the number of salespeople offering its products by 300 percent.

"The addition of InfoVista continues to improve our best-of-breed reference system architecture and allows Verso to provide industry leading service level management solutions. No other product we examined was able to provide a comparable level of detailed data from such a wide variety of sources. Our solutions and our implementation methodology has proven to be very successful in helping our customers address complex enterprise management system requirements," said David Hurlbrink, Vice President of Verso's Enterprise Management Services. "Our customers are seeking advanced enterprise management solutions that can be implemented economically and quickly and that offer the integrated performance and scalability required in today's complex network environments. InfoVista solutions fit that bill and we look forward to offering the InfoVista suite as part of our overall Managed Services solution."

"Verso has a successful history of providing Enterprise Management Solutions to customers with large complex networks in a variety of industries. That is exactly why we chose Verso as a partner. Customers want access to the most comprehensive information available about their networks and Verso has a track record of success in this area," said Anthony Vidal, Executive Vice President, US Operations for InfoVista.
