Ms. Knox comes to 1-800-FLOWERS.COM with an extensive background as a marketing executive in the financial services and telecommunications industries. Most recently, Ms. Knox was Vice President for Citibank's Marketing Delivery Group, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of credit and debit card marketing programs, products and initiatives targeted to both prospective and current customers. While at Citibank, she also directed the implementation of loyalty and global branding initiatives for the Card division.
In addition to Citibank, Ms. Knox's background also includes stints as director of marketing for American Express (Travel Related Services) and Atlantic Cellular. She received her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and earned her MBA in Marketing and Finance from UCLA's Anderson School of Business.
