Poker.Com Enters Into Strategic Licensing Agreement With Starnet

Casino Marketing S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Poker.com, Inc. (OTCBB:PKER), a leading provider of online gaming systems, has entered into a master Licensing agreement with Starnet Systems International Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Starnet Communications International Inc. (NASD OTC BB: SNMM.OB) to provide Poker.com, Inc. with a Sportsbook and a full suite of state of the art Casino Games both Java script and downloadable.

This license will enable Poker.com to sell sub-licenses for operating the Starnet Java Script and downloadable Casino games, which will include:

                         Roulette (table game)
                         Magic Hat (slot machine)
                         Gold Rush (slot machine)
     4. Sports Book
     5. Bingo
     6. Horse Racing     (TO FOLLOW)
     7. Lottery (Keno)   (TO FOLLOW)

Poker.com will earn Licensing fees and ongoing royalty fees from the sale of sub-licenses using the Starnet System. We believe that with the Starnet system, we will substantially increase the sale of Casino sub-licenses and increase royalty revenue. By offering the Starnet System, Poker.com expects to become the largest gaming Licensor on the Internet within the next 12 months.
