Casino Marketing S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Poker.com, Inc. (OTCBB:PKER), a leading provider of online gaming systems, has entered into a master Licensing agreement with Starnet Systems International Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Starnet Communications International Inc. (NASD OTC BB: SNMM.OB) to provide Poker.com, Inc. with a Sportsbook and a full suite of state of the art Casino Games both Java script and downloadable.

Poker.com will earn Licensing fees and ongoing royalty fees from the sale of sub-licenses using the Starnet System.
