Gauss Completes Integration of Quadrant Software's FastFax Product
Line Into Gauss VIP' SpyVision, Providing Automatic Archiving of
AS/400 Incoming Faxes
Gauss Interprise, a technology innovator of comprehensive content management and Internet-oriented enterprise initiatives, Wednesday announced the availability of Gauss VIP' SpyVision and FastFax products from Quadrant Software, provider of electronic document distribution solutions, to provide automatic archiving of incoming faxes for the AS/400.
"Our FastFax family of products and Gauss VIP' SpyVision make a powerful combination," remarked Gary Langton, president of Quadrant Software. "With the workflow capabilities of VIP' SpyVision, processing orders, claims or product fulfillment becomes effortless. Companies that rely heavily on fax communication can benefit tremendously from this integration, as scanning and printing costs are dramatically reduced."
The integration empowers customers choosing a FastFax solution to automatically archive faxes into VIP' SpyVision, triggering a workflow process for maximum efficiency. Incoming orders, for example, can be routed into an automatic order entry and fulfillment process. This automated process eliminates the typical steps necessary in processing faxes.
"Quadrant Software provides remarkable professional services and technical support," stated Gauss' Vice President of Sales, Dave Gerber. "With their onsite installations and phenomenal support services, we are confident that our customers selecting FastFax will be supported and rewarded in their decision."
