Struthers Inc. (OTC BB: STRU) and its wholly owned subsidiary Elite Visions, Inc. are pleased to announce the completion of their meat distribution facility and the planned launch of an E-Commerce website.

The distribution facility, located in Waukon, IA, will serve as the first distribution center for the Struthers, Inc. Certified Tender Prime(TM) gourmet quality meat line, all natural USDA certified barbecue sauce and organic breading mixes. With the construction of the new meat distribution facility, Struthers, Inc. plans to expand its retail customer base by providing ordering capability over the Internet and telephone and by direct marketing to institutional customers such as hotels, restaurants, and grocery chains. This facility contains over 5000 square feet of warehouse, freezer and office space. The sub-zero freezer unit built at the site is capable of stocking and distributing in excess of 30,000 pounds of packaged meat per week. The Company has the capacity to ship approximately 1.5 million pounds of individually packaged product annually.

Tender Prime(TM) is currently processed and packaged by several meat processors for the Company and delivered to the Waukon facility. The product arrives USDA approved and packaged for shipping immediately upon receiving the consumer's request.
